1. Review Your Order
Please take a moment to check your Order Confirmation email. Did you select the correct model, head, wig, eye colour, skin tone and any add-on options? Have you asked all your questions and received complete answers?
At Sex Doll Canada, once you place your order (or make a deposit) your purchase is considered final — so please make sure you are ready to proceed. While we may accept changes or cancellations before manufacturing begins, once the order is placed and production is started we may not be able to fulfil cancellations or changes without cost.
2. Manufacturing
Custom-ordered TPE or silicone dolls (and torsos) require time to build. Typically this is 1-3 weeks for TPE, and it typically takes longer for highly detailed silicone models from when production begins. Don’t worry – we only contact you if there’s an issue or once your doll is ready to move on.
3. Factory Photos of Custom Doll or Torso
When your doll has been manufactured, we’ll send you an email titled “Factory Photos”. That email will contain images of the exact doll you ordered, so you can review and verify that all your selected customisations have been applied.

Please note:
- The photo quality reflects factory-worker camera conditions, not professional studio lighting;
- The product photos on our website were taken under studio conditions and may include props, wigs or clothing not included with your purchase;
- If you requested special comments or changes after ordering, we’ll make every effort, but we cannot guarantee 100% fulfilment beyond the standard options.
4. Shipping & Delivery
If you ordered from our “In-Stock” collection, congratulations — you’ve saved weeks compared with a custom order. Once released from the factory, transit to Canada / USA / EU / UK is normally 7-14 days.
Standard Shipping
Your doll ships to our Toronto facility for inspection before we re-ship to you. We check the box for damage, confirm the contents (head, body, wig) and then arrange delivery. If you’re picking up locally, we’ll schedule a date/time with you. If you’ll be unavailable, let us know — we can hold your shipment for up to 30 days at no additional cost.
Expedite / Dropship Shipping
If you chose the “Expedite / Dropship” option, your doll ships straight from the manufacturer to you. These orders are considered final sale — our Friendly Return Policy does not apply. We still cover Canadian customs & duties on Canadian orders. If the courier asks you for duties, do not pay or provide any paperwork — contact us immediately with your tracking number.
5. Arrival & Inspection
When your doll arrives, inspect the outer parcel before accepting delivery. If it appears significantly damaged, notify the courier so it is documented. Then open the box and check all items. If you notice damage or discrepancies, take plenty of photos and email us right away — if you don’t receive a response within 48 hours, call or text us.
The doll you receive should match the factory photos. If there’s a major visible difference, let us know without delay.
Some things are normal and expected:
- TPE dolls may have a faint “new doll” smell — this dissipates with airing and cleaning;
- Minor moulding residues or slight imperfections are part of the manufacturing process;
- Eyes may mis-align, nails may chip — these are easy home-fixes and don’t require a return;

Although we perform quality inspections and stand as your Canadian-based seller, all sales are final upon order placement. Our Friendly Return Policy is intended for rare, management-approved cases of unused product and does not mean routine returns or exchanges.
