With any custom doll, custom torso or custom doll head, you will be sent Factory Photos of your doll when you purchase from Sex Doll Canada.

Once your doll has been made, you will receive an e-mail directly from our Customer Service team with the words "Factory Photos" in the subject line. This e-mail will contain photos of your IDENTICAL REALISTIC SEX DOLL made to the exact specifications in your order.

You need to review these photos to check that customizations you selected during the ordering process were correctly applied.

Here are examples of what you need to look for:

• If you purchased "standing feet", "shrugging shoulders", "pubic hair" or an "enhanced mouth", can you see these features in one or more of the photos?
• Does the doll have the correct head, wig and eye colour?
