Curbside Pick-Up Now Available

Great news! SD Canada is now offering curbside pick-up for orders of our In-Stock items. Custom dolls can also now be picked-up from SD Canada again, but this will be available under "Shipping Options" and not under "Pick-Up" (as seen when checking out your purchase), as custom orders can not be ready same day / next day (most of these items require several weeks for manufacturing and international shipping).

Here is how to schedule your Curbside Pick-Up for your In-Stock Purchase:

• When placing your order, make sure that everything in your cart was added from our In-Stock page
• Curbside pick-up also allows you to pay when picking-up your In-Stock order - just make sure to read the "Conditions on Curbside Pick-Up" below
• If your order is eligible for Curbside Pick-Up (all items in cart In-Stock), you will see something like the below:

Here is what you'll need when you Pick-Up:

• Your order number
• Government issued photo ID
• Vehicle large enough to load your order

Here's what to do when you Arrive:

• Come to the address provided near the Toronto Pearson airport (Mon - Thurs, 9a - 4p)
• Call us when you arrive at 1-888-996-3655
• Stay in your vehicle and have your government photo ID ready

Conditions for Contactless Curbside Pick-up

• If you would like to pay during pick-up, options are Credit / Debit Card (Chip & PIN required), and Cash (no change available)
• Please bring a mask if you need help loading your vehicle or are paying during pick-up - if you need a mask please ask us
• We can help you load your vehicle, but we will not enter your vehicle
• We can also bring your order out to you and you load on your own
• You and your vehicle will be video recorded
• For large orders over $1,000 we will take a photograph of your ID through your window for fraud prevention (kept on records for up to 60 days)
• For small orders under $1,000 we will only visually check your ID
• We DO NOT permit inspection or opening of your order during pick-up, but if you would like to see photographs of your order prior to pick-up, just ask us before coming to pick-up!
